The Social Service Case Management is a free program for Lehigh County residents that offers emergency services. Casa’s Social Service staff works one-on-one with the client to solve short-term problems. This includes document retrieval (birth certificates and social security cards), help completing forms, document translation and referrals to other non-profit programs.
