Operation HELP is a PPL-sponsored Fuel Fund that helps low-income customers pay their energy bills. The fund is supported by donations from customers and PPL employees. If you are eligible, Operation Help will assist with your home energy bill (e.g., electric, oil, or gas), and all payments are sent directly to the energy vendor.

To apply, when available, please bring the following with you:

Driver’s License or State Photo ID
Social Security Cards for all household members
Proof of income for all household members
PPL Bill (applicant must be the PPL customer )
Gas or Oil bill
